Scanner
One area at a time, all day long; between slots, the best listings get their page, costs and photos read.
area_slug_mapping.json. The scanner
falls back to a single city-wide search when any area returns 0 results — those
listings are still captured but not attributed to the specific area.
Scan Areas
Choose which areas of each city Lume scans. Each area = one search
request to Immobiliare and Idealista. Saved per city in
area_settings_{city}.json.

Where Lume reads listings for sale, on Immobiliare and Idealista, every 4 hours. A change is read within ~20 minutes.
Data enrichment
Fills in missing location data (metro, POIs, OMI zone) for Milan rentals.
Scoring Parameters
Tune the composite score formula. Changes save to scoring_settings.json and
apply on the next scan. Weights must sum to 1.0. Rescore now re-runs
scoring on cached data immediately.
Badge Thresholds
Rental badges: a discount that's large relative to its uncertainty, a solid benchmark (nearest comparable flats), and minimum sub-scores — all at once. Short-let platforms and listings on the market for months never get a badge. Hit Save & Rescore to apply immediately.
Data Quality
Field completeness audit — see how many listings are missing key enrichment fields (metro, POI, address, OMI zone) so you know where the next scan / enrichment pass should focus.
Access
Invite a friend to Lume.
Open the Clerk dashboard → User & Authentication → Restrictions → Allowlist and add the email you want to grant access to.
